Itavio is hiring someone to assist in outbound and inbound sales activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (lead generation, relationship management, event planning etc.)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about uncovering new leads and delivering innovative sales strategies. You will be a significant driver of Itavio's revenue and growth!

Your responsibilities will include the development of a strong pipeline of new clients. You will build the right relationships inside a target area, know how to leverage your company resources to the fullest, and negotiate and close new business. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience as a business lead and developing strong interpersonal relationships with businesses.

Our ideal candidate should be able to develop and nature sales leads to attract and retain customers. You will work closely with the marketing team to translate inbound marketing campaigns into a strong sales pipeline. For this position, it's also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and sales trends.

Your work is a mix of strategic and proactive sales activities:

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching products and /or services
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to sell products, solutions and services to exceed your sales targets
  • Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Utilize client-centric, solutions-oriented selling strategies and hunter's mentality to identify, qualify and convert sales
  • Communicate value propositions to prospects that speak intimately to their needs and requirements
  • Effectively articulate financial value, and build value throughout the negotiation process
  • Maintain extensive account and opportunity details in CRM
  • Forecast and report revenue projections to management and deliver a predictable pipeline to drive accuracy


  • Demonstrated ability of uncovering, qualifying, developing and closing new accounts
  • Familiar with the mobile gaming space
  • Keen understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in selling SAAS/SDK sales
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce et al
  • Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and achieve success with minimal oversight
  • Excellent time management skills, and able to work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
  • Demonstrated ability of uncovering, qualifying, developing and closing new accounts
  • Excellent writing skills
  • You're highly competitive, ramp quickly, are extremely adaptive and pride yourself on exceeding sales goals


  • BSc/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics
